By attempting to print from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8402, I discovered my printer's struggle with small cylindrical features. To address this, I created a set of flaring cylinders in varying dimensions (see the attached Word doc). This method is more efficient as it allows for quicker loading, gcode processing, and printing compared to a full part, enabling iterative adjustments and ultimately leading to satisfaction with the final result.
