small toolbox

Small toolbox for small parts. I put in it the tool for cleaning the nozzles on the 3D printer.

Incl. enough space for a spare nozzle.

Suitable for many other items as well.

Assembly time, about, 90 to 120 minutes.

Accessories: Blind rivets: 24 pcs. Washers: 20 pieces inside.

and 16 pieces between hinge bracket and outer wall.

The holes are suitable for blind rivets diam 2.8 x 10 mm length.

For 3.0 and 3.2 mm blind rivets, you must expand the holes with a twist drill.

Using a very short center punch, or a pointy ground screw, I first expanded the countersunk rivets. Then only squeezed with the pliers.

A pair of water pump pliers or a pliers wrench is a good way to adjust the squeeze heights.

Do not squeeze too hard. Otherwise, the hinges will no longer move easily and you will be annoyed. Fingertip feeling is required here.

Pre-slotting the rivets: After the pull pin has been removed, the rivets are sawn 2x crosswise around the 4 to 5 mm.

A scroll saw blade for metal with 25 teeth per inch is required for this.

I was unable to fit a washer on the inside of the lid parts.
