This is a compact multi-part tolerance testing model designed to print rapidly using only a minimal amount of plastic filament. Small Tolerance Test.stl Pop out as many nubs as possible to see how close your printed surfaces can be while still being able to separate. Each notch represents 0.1 millimeters, so one is 0.1 mm, two is 0.2 mm, three is 0.3 mm, and so on. The model weighs 8 grams and prints in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes at Normal Quality with 50% infill. Small Tolerance Test - No Nubs.stl The same as above, but without the nubs. You may find that you can achieve closer tolerances by printing objects separately. This is useful for testing tighter fits. The model weighs 5 grams and prints in approximately one hour. Single Slot Tests Small Tolerance Test 0.2mm Addition.stl Small Tolerance Test 0.3mm Addition.stl Use these when you have an idea of how close you can get, but don't want to print the full slotted test model. The models weigh 1 gram each and individually print in approximately 20 minutes. Single Nub Small Tolerance Test Nub.stl Don't print this if you've already printed the 5 slot pop-out test. The model weighs less than 1 gram and prints in 10 minutes.
