Small "technology appliance" box for Raspberry Pi and buck converter
prusaprinters
A small box for a raspberry pi and a buck converter that looks like a typical technology appliance you'll find at home (set-top box, router, etc.). Designed to look like any of the boxes we usually have around the TV and not call attention to itself. I use it for my home server. I power the Raspberry Pi with an old 12v power adaptor I have lying around, I used an adjustable buck converter to step the power down to 5V.Designed for the Raspberry Pi 2 and 3 model B. If anyone tries putting a Raspberry Pi 4 in it tell me if it fits or not.Requires a buck converter (I used those from AliExpress) and a barrel connector (like those). To connect the buck converter to the raspberry I cut off the micro-USB side from a USB cable that no longer works.
