Small Squeegee (improved)

This is my second squeegee creation on Thingiverse, carefully crafted with a longer handle that provides more control and leverage. A sleek, rounded design makes it easy to maneuver in tight spaces, while a precise angle of the rubber blade allows for efficient water removal. This small, narrow squeegee was designed specifically to clear water from between kitchen sink fittings, reducing drips and messes. Two interlocking parts fit together seamlessly without glue or fasteners required, allowing for easy assembly with just a gentle tap from a mallet. For optimal performance, I utilized an Ettore replacement rubber blade that delivers smooth, effective water clearance. The original print was executed in vibrant green PLA, which although visually appealing, didn't quite meet local kitchen decor standards. After redesigning and printing with high-contrast black PLA featuring 20% infill density, the finished product received unanimous approval from its intended users - no support structures were necessary during printing as both parts retained their precise orientation within the .stl model.
