A simple two-part spool holder that fits seamlessly into my Sunbeam Food Dehydrator without any modifications required. The concept is to fill the spool with a filament that must be used in its dry form, such as Nylon (PA). The spool holds approximately 200g of nylon, allowing me to dry it on the maximum setting, which is around 75°C on my unit. Four hours of drying time yields excellent results. I designed this holder to hold only 200g rather than the entire 1kg because it will dry faster and I won't expose the whole 1kg of nylon to repeated heat/hydration cycles, which would likely be detrimental.
