Small spool for 1.75mm filament

There are now 15001 printable filament spools on Thingiverse. I've accumulated a significant amount of filament and have multiple printers in different locations. I also share filament with friends so they can test it before purchasing their own. To date, I've been using empty spools for this purpose, but thought it would be beneficial to design my own custom version. Printing Any layer height you prefer should yield good results, as I used 200 micron (0.200mm) and achieved successful prints. No supports are required. Printing with a more heat-resistant filament, such as PETG or ABS, allows for the spool to be placed in a filament dryer, especially when using PLA filament. Files Initially, I uploaded two versions: one featuring filament locks printed into the outer edge and another without them. Due to inconsistent results with the locks, I removed those files from circulation. For optimal results, routing the filament through holes in the outside edge is recommended. Print both sides and screw them together for a secure fit. Design Goals The design is optimized for printing on a 120mm square print bed, as seen on the Monoprice Select Mini. While my other printers are larger, this size works well for compact storage. The spool securely holds the end of the filament, allowing for smooth wrapping. The filament is positioned near tangential to prevent layer misalignment. A reasonable amount of filament is used in the print, eliminating the need for supports. I've uploaded a 3D file in F3D format, enabling users to adjust sizes using Fusion 360 if desired.
