A variation of several other ideas combined.  I used some old “Trackipede” parts I had laying around to connect this vise to my “Helping Hands” workstation.  That is what the grooves on the bottom are used for in my case.You will need 1-8x22 Bearing (608) 2-M3x6mm screws and 1-M3x8mm screw to assemble.
