Small router jig for circles. The first hole is centered to my Ryobi exactly, the other holes are offset by 5mm to work with multiple models and some trim routers seamlessly. This design fits rods less than 9mm thick and uses a 10-32 set screw for secure attachment. I'm eager to test it out soon since it's 3am already and my neighbors are complaining about noise in the middle of the night, but I've successfully used a similar approach to make large diameter circles before. Print Settings: Printer: Micromake Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .20 Infill: 20% Notes: Made two versions in Repetier, but holes were coming out too small. The final print was done in Cura which sized the holes accurately. Post-Printing How I Designed This Fusion360
