This project features a wheeled platform designed for mounting diverse sensors and navigation via differential drive mechanism. The front wheels possess independent axes, preventing friction-induced damage to the silicon components. Wheel design is modeled closely after Pololu's equivalent size wheels, which will be utilized in the actual platform. An update reveals an error in the online 3D viewer's bearing holder depiction; a correct image is available in the step, sat, and iges files. A new bearing holder has been added to address stability issues on the front wheels, featuring two rolling bearings against the platform and a screw-in attachment for the holder to the servo instead of glue.
