Small Rifle Primer, Large Rifle Primer

Hello! I made some accurate (this should function, and be nothing less than any good renowned brands primer) rifle primers!!Its designed for you to make your own. Everything you need to know about manufacturing and primer compounds is added in the other primer upload. I will not upload the files again, i will refer to them: Rifle Primers, Pistol Primer .All the mixture types, books, etc. etc. All there is to find on the internet. Worth your effort on reading!!The primers themselves are the widest of these used by renowned brands, because they can last the most reloads, before the primer pocket runs out, and gets to wide. If you anneal your brass you can reload many times. There is a word file added here of a forum post that describes primer selection. Not every primer runs well in every cartridge. So its for you to come up with a good mixture that will do the right thing. In the small rifle primers you may want to make the cup thinner so it gets more sensitive. That part is also described in the word file, and shows in the "Primer dimensions" file as thinner cups. The "primer cap" file was used as a reference. The other pictures were also used as a reference. Ratio wise the primers are exactly the same as the "primer cap" files. You can measure with a ruler on the "sb-lrp-2" file, and use the ratios with your dimensions named in the "primer pocket", "primer dimensions", and "PrimerInPocketa" files. It adds up. This is what is sold by different brands. This should work. All the materials are added in the solidworks files. I used the materials:Cup: CZ101, Cu90Zn10Foiling paper: Tin, Sn, but i believe aluminum foil may also be used.Anvil: Hard brass, Cu83Ld7Sn6.9Zn2.5You can read on this in the "Cartridge Manufacture" book in my other primer upload. Thats all that there is to know about primers. My next upload will be the 556NATO, and 762NATO cartridges topped with the new M855A1, and M80A1 bullets. These cartridges will feature the small, and large rifle primers respectively. I hope you find this interesting, and maybe you can make your own primers! One more thing: DO NOT USE THE OLD MIXTURE AS DESCRIBED ON THE BLUEPRINTS, ITS CORROSIVE AND TOXIC AND WILL RUIN YOUR GUN AND BRASS!!! Mercury ruins brass, and some other old primer compounds attract moisture that will rust your gun.DISCLAIMER:Obey your local laws, you know what is right for you...
