Small reel. Sides are printed on both sides of the reel. A central plastic plate, measuring 3 mm thick and made from caroplast material, is inserted into each side part. The layer thickness for printing is set at a mere 0.1 millimeters. The hull or outer shell of the reel has a uniform thickness of 0.6 millimeters. A 30% fill rate ensures optimal density and structure. Printing takes place at an extremely high temperature, precisely 220 degrees Celsius.
