Small RC car with old drone motor
thingiverse
I designed this custom vehicle by combining two high-performance motors from racing drones and a reliable servo. For optimal results, I recommend utilizing the powerful 2206 XNova motor, but you can easily adapt the gear to accommodate any other motor. To ensure smooth traction, the tires must be 3D printed using flexible filament. However, it's essential to note that racing drone motors are extremely potent and may require reduced throttle input on your radio control system to maintain a manageable speed. To enhance maneuverability, you can configure differential throttle settings for improved cornering capabilities. Additionally, I've employed M3 screws of varying lengths – 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm – throughout the build.
