Small Pliers Storage Rack for Husky 6-in Deep Toolbox Drawers

This vertical rack is similar to my other screwdriver rack that is designed to fit into Husky brand (or similar) toolbox drawers that are 6 inches deep and 22 inches wide. It is designed for small pliers under 6 inches long and less than 25mm in cross-section. The prime reason for the design is to provide quick and easy access to frequently used pliers. The design was created in Blender using boolean subtraction. Two Blender files, one that is “pre difference”, done before the boolean subtraction of the pliers profile, and one that is “post difference”, done after the boolean subtraction was completed. The pre-difference file will enable modification of the pliers sizes and arrangement, while retaining the overall dimensions of the rack. The rack is split into 3 pieces to fit easily on a standard home 3D printer. I printed these in silver PLA using generic PLA settings in Cura, at 0.3mm with other settings default. No support is needed for PLA because the angle is 45-degrees, which prints fine without supports on most printers. Feel free to remix, share, and enjoy this as you like!
