Small Play Sword

The kids received a flimsy plastic sword with their Halloween costumes last year, but it eventually snapped. So, I crafted two brand new swords for them, ones that would withstand the test of time and repeated battles. I drew inspiration from an impressive greatsword hanging above my desk. The blade fits snugly into the grip, secured by a few precise drops of gel superglue. After several months of intense sword fighting, not one single joint has come loose.
