This miniature aircraft features a wing framework constructed from printed materials or wooden sticks, while its body is composed of a single wooden dowel. Inspired by plans found at http://www.4p8.com/eric.brasseur/glider2.html, this flying machine boasts impressive airborne capabilities. To construct the wings, use ultra-lightweight silk paper, readily available at bookstores for just a couple of dollars. Attach the paper to the framework using a glue stick and secure each wing to the dowel with hot glue. For optimal balance, position two small coins ahead of the plane's center point. The model also includes a rotor-holder, although this feature remains untested. The wooden frame can be substituted for a printed alternative, but the creator found a wooden stick sufficient. To optimize lift, angle the wings slightly and extend them outward to enhance stability. Adjust these angles as desired for peak performance.
