Here's a Little Helper for Assembling Picture Frames. YouTube: https://youtu.be/i-NYl57XfNw You Can Improve Printing in PLA with the Following Settings: A Layer Height of 0.25mm Infill at 30% With Overhang Support Needed Hardware Includes: Ninety Millimeters of M6 Threaded Rod One M6 Nut Two M6 Washers Two Pan Head Screws That Are M3 by 20mm Additional Instructions Specify That The Hole in the Plunger Needs to Be Tapped for an M6 Fit And The Rod Should be Securely Screwed In with Some Adhesive, Like Five-Minute Epoxy. While You Have the Glue Out, Bed the Nut into the Wings as Well. M3 Screws Need to Go Into the Bottom and Cut Their Own Threads Into the Top. Make Sure They Just Bottom Out and Do Not Over Tighten. I Prefer Using Packaging String Because it's Strong, Doesn't Stretch Much, And Very Cheap. Any Other Type of String that Stretches Too Much Won't Work as Well. I Hope You Like This Tool and It Finds a Useful Spot in Your Workshop.
