Small Parts Tray

Small Parts Tray

I've been itching for a compact parts tray for ages, so I scoured the web but nothing really met my expectations. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design one myself. The first version turned out great, although it looked a bit rugged with 3mm thick walls and an 80mm base diameter, and the print time was just over two hours. After some fine-tuning up and down, I landed on a sleeker version four with walls that are just over 1mm thick and a 70mm base diameter, and a print time of under an hour. You can scale them up or down to your heart's content, but I wouldn't recommend scaling the v4 down too much – it would leave barely enough material in place.
