I got this idea from a similar device my dad had stored in the basement during my childhood. It's engineered to rotate freely, yet remain stationary when you detach the container from its bottom. My dad utilized his to store screws and nuts. You'll need 1/8 inch diameter screws to hang the brackets securely.
