3D Printed feeder with counter. After long search i could not find something nice. Vibrating bowls are difficult and make alot of noise. Others are difficult to change setting for counting other object. This one is easy install and easy change plate and emply the feeder. I design this because of my business. So it have to work good. Youtube video https://youtu.be/qpmsXFm5xW0 For mouting the motor plate to the base just put some long M4 scews in the hole. If you want to tight them use M5. I use this aluminium profile to ajust the angle ease and mount extra parts on the like a funnel with counter. The rotation plate have no holes. Just make them for example with thinkercat of your needs. With double sensors its working great. 10 batched of 25 parts and without a single error. And speed up de motor also. With a single sensor there items miss count depent on the sensor and product you want to count. --Electronic Nema17 stepper IR sensor or 2 sensors Aruino Nano but can be also another one Stepper driver for example A4988 or DRV8825 (100µF capacitor) 12v Power supply --NOTE I am not a designer and this is my first arduino project. So if some things are not exactly right in the script please tell me. But its working good and this moment. I minimalize the delay in the script. But with the bounce delay is stopping for a little bit. --TODO Design a nice funnel for counting >> DONE Maybe add a second sensor for prevent wrong counting >> DONE Disable motor power after finish count >> DONE (on pin 5). Make a reset button >> DONE on pin 7 Make a button, potmeter of serial input for set counting value
