<p>Needing some storage space in my desk for small tools and hardware, I made a smaller version of Alexandre Chappels' excellent assortment system. Check out his video!</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OthwoWeLb_U&amp;t=1003s"></oembed></figure><p>The design is identical with a minor change at the bottom of the boxes but the dimensions are more limited. The base is 45x45 mm and the height is 35 mm with or without grid, the wall thickness is 1 mm. The handle can hold a 9 mm label.</p><p>Divide the inside dimensions, length and width of your drawer by 45, round to integers and multiply these values to find the maximum number of boxes. The minimum drawer height has to be 35 mm.</p><p>Place the grids on the bottom of the drawer, if necessary fix with a few drops of super glue.
