Customizable Small Parts Box with Drawers: Update: Extra space has been added to the bottom drawer and slightly more space has been given to all drawers by default. Additional room for paper labels is also included by default. Important Note! The customizer does not seem to be working on Thingiverse. Download and open PartBox.scad in the free OpenSCAD software to customize it manually. This design is perfect for small items with specific sizes, such as electronic components. First, specify the size of one compartment inside a drawer that fits your needs, then choose how many compartments per drawer, and how many drawers per box you want (and optionally multiple drawer areas per box). Features: * Completely customizable * Easy to print, no supports required when printing * Stackable on all sides (optional) * Drawer-stoppers so they don't fall out (optional) * The handle can be printed separately if bridging doesn't work well on your printer. * Two types of label holders for drawers: slide-label-in-frame or simple-canvas (or none) * Optional drawer without compartments/dividers Notes: Make sure the box is not upside down before inserting the drawer, as it only fits in one direction. If you have chosen to include drawer stoppers, some force may be required to put the drawers in. If the drawer doesn't fit well in the box (check the correct orientation first), increase 'drawerSpacer' and reprint the box. If the connector for stacking boxes doesn't fit, increase connectorSpacing and reprint the connector. The included STL files are a small example with 3 drawers per box and 3x2 compartments per drawer. Please note that this is the first version and it has only been tested on one printer. Check the 'Fine Tuning' section to adjust tolerances if things don't fit well. Contact me if you encounter any problems. For any requests for extra options, feel free to contact me.
