I'm testing a Small Mitre Box that I used to cut aluminium brackets with a small hand saw. It works well enough, but I'll have to see how the PETG holds up against the abrasion of the handsaw. The slot is 1mm wide, which might be too narrow for larger hand saws. The maximum width and height of the stock to be cut are 30mm. You can view the Fusion 360 design here: http://a360.co/2lAccbG
