The small lantern is based on and only possible with this chip: It’s a 3.7v lithium charging board with Pass-through! Meaning you can have a light source and use it as a backup battery bank as well! Very useful. Other cheap chips only let you do one thing at a time. You can either have your light or have a battery bank.So that’s wicked awesome!I just used a wire coat hanger to affix the handle to the lamp top. And a ¼ x 6” carriage bolt with 4 nuts 1 washer and two nylon washers.Poke the bolt through the bottom. Add the steel washer and tighten down with one nut. Then add another nut and a nylon washer. Add the LED light. (stole a chip out of one of these)Second nylon washer and nut. Then you simply glue the last nut in the TopNUTLOCK-V2Glue TopNUTLOCK-V2 to the LampV2-Top with the ¼ nut captured in the hole[cut bolt down about ½ an inch to ¾ of an inch - use your own judgment]Then you can screw it all together after the glue dries. You will also need a potentiometer and four 18650 lithium batteries. I also printed the globe in a semi transparent glow in the dark PLA.And Painted the underside of the lid (the part that's inside the globe) a highly reflective silver.I think it came out pretty smart :)-Enjoy!
