Small Knee Joint
thingiverse
This knee joint is perfect for a Bunraku-style puppet, inspiring its maker since seeing the makers' capabilities. An older version of the joint can be viewed at http://www.flickr.com/photos/ccstudio/299456450/in/set-72157594380 elbow joint and other parts are soon to follow. Updates include a revised design available on Github: https://github.com/owenscenic/Open-Bunraku-Puppets/tree/master/Bunraku. To assemble, print each part with the hinges file requiring two objects. Drill holes for M3 bolts if necessary, then connect the hinges to other parts using M3 bolts. Finally, attach the joint to your puppet's upper and lower legs with more M3 bolts.
