This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other formats. Its native format remains .skp while its associated scene was created with 3ds Max 2016, utilizing Vray 3.00 for rendering purposes. I am truly grateful for Red Hawk's generous gift of this cozy abode, known as the little house! Upon initial download, however, it turned out to be an empty shell, prompting me to completely furnish it inside. Since I was uncertain about the floor plan of this house, I devised one of my own. Although it may not boast a unique layout, it effectively incorporates essential spaces like the kitchen and living area in the front, along with dining located within the kitchen itself. Moving to the back section, you'll find three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in total, with the master bedroom featuring dual closets for added convenience. To top it off, I placed all necessary utilities within the laundry room to ensure optimal organization and accessibility. As a token of respect for Red Hawk's craftsmanship, I opted to preserve his original color scheme and design choices rather than compromising them. Additionally, I tweaked certain exterior lines to create a smoother aesthetic and designed a fresh fence in the back area along with a corresponding gate. The existing roof vent was skillfully placed by Chuck, saving me from needing to intervene in its design.
