A highly realistic 3D model with texture is up for grabs, ready to use in any scene or as a standalone prop. The model flaunts distinct topology and lifelike textures. It's perfect for multiple purposes, but note that it has basic walls without interior partitioning. Material slots are available for customization, and V-Ray compatible Max format includes material and texture setup. UV mapping is applied, and all textures are defuse maps that can be repainted easily. Studio lighting setup is included, and the file formats provided are 3DS, FBX, OBJ, and MAX (Vray version). The native file is 3ds Max 2014, with other formats being converted from the MAX file. Same material objects are attached for easy selection. However, due to software differences, exchange formats may not match preview images accurately, requiring manual texture loading and possibly triangulated geometry handling.
