This model originates from a digital blueprint designed in Sketchup 8 before being translated into various other three-dimensional file types. The original file type remains native as a .skp file, while the scene for 3ds Max has been constructed using the 2016 version of the software. Renderings were accomplished with Vray 3.00 to showcase a compact resort with beautiful residences.
