thingiverse
This is a small hinge suitable for use on jewellery boxes or similar small-scale products. It was designed and printed in less than 40 min as a demonstration of 3-D printing in a design lesson at the school I work at.
Instructions
I recommend you use, solid settings. On my printer. The support structure came away easily, and by flexing the hinge snapping the remaining internal supports it works well.
The hinge itself was designed using pro desktop 3-D software that is often used in schools in the UK.
