So, after scouring Thingiverse for what felt like an eternity, I couldn't find a hinge that met my requirements. I'm building a printer enclosure for my TEVO Tarantula and needed small hinges for the plexiglass front door, but my local hardware store only carried one size (which was too large) and it cost around 3-4 euros per pair! These custom-made hinges ended up costing me about 0.5 euros per pair in materials! After printing a couple of prototypes, I finally settled on these designs. Hinge_l is the loose half, which rotates around the axle. Hinge_t is the tight half, which holds the axle in place. Keep in mind that the hole for the axle may be slightly too tight or loose depending on your printer settings. Note that the parts need to be rotated (the chamfered side faces downwards) and I used supports for the overhanging part. For me, this design works flawlessly! I'll upload pictures soon!
