This pack comprises a Small Haunted House model with three levels of detail (LOD 0, 1, and 2). Each level comes with four textures: 4K/2K/1K diffuse, normal, height, and ambient occlusion. In total, you get three models and 12 textures. The asset is part of the Halloween Pack Vol. 1. LOD0 has 14,156 triangles, while LOD1 and LOD2 have 7,058 and 3,702 triangles, respectively. File types include obj, png, and exr. Texture types are diffuse, normal, height, and AO, with resolutions of 4096x4096, 2048x2048, and 1024x1024 for each texture type. Note that UVs differ for each LOD level, and the model was originally polygonal with smooth edge flow. Additionally, textures might need to be downscaled for optimal gaming performance.
