Small Gingerbread House

This is the gingerbread house I make every christmas. It's small and simple. The small size makes it both easier to make and more usable as decoration imo. With different windows it's possible to make many slightly different houses with these molds. Since it's easy to make, you can easily create several houses in one go and invite friends over for an evening of gingerbread house decoration. In my experience home made gingerbreads raises slightly when baked. Because of this, I usually cut the walls both before and after baking to get nice and straight sides. The same goes for one of the sides of the roof tiles. This helps ease assemby.
