This compact spool holds approximately one-third of a pound of filament, and with some careful packing, you might even manage to fit a full pound. I recommend printing the spool at a layer height of .3 mm and 20% infill for optimal results, using materials like ABS or high-strength PLA for added durability. Testing at 75% scale reveals that this design works flawlessly.
