Small Dual Extruder Calibration Chip

There are many dual extruder calibration chips available, but this one belongs to me. I had grown tired of HedonismBot's lengthy calibration procedure that requires heating the bed and extruders, printing intricate lines that can be challenging to interpret and quickly pulling them off the bed. I wanted a method that would yield quick results while providing accurate data for calibrating the printer's XY offsets. One such chip prints in approximately 3-4 minutes and supplies me with detailed information required for precise calibration. I am considering several ways to make this chip even more useful: 1. Adding an indicator on the chip that shows its orientation after removal from the printer (at present, I use a Sharpie on the reverse side) 2. Incorporating indicators that direct the adjustment of printer settings once the chip has been examined If closely examined, left (the initial print) to right (my last print before making final adjustments), the gaps between the squares can be observed. This discrepancy is not a result of calibration issues; it's due to nozzle size and isn't really problematic. As the chip is small, the thin section where this gap appears becomes too narrow for the nozzle aperture to deposit plastic material into.
