Small Divided Tackle Box
thingiverse
This is a compact compartmentalized tackle box that offers more customization options compared to my previous design. To assemble it, simply print the base and lid first, followed by printing as many dividers as you need to suit your specific requirements. The beauty of this design lies in its ability to be printed without support material, and it doesn't require any pins or hinge parts for assembly - it's a straightforward snap-together process. This tackle box can also be scaled up or down depending on your needs, but keep in mind that scaling up may compromise the fit and tolerances. To achieve optimal print quality, use standard settings for PLA or ABS filament, but consider printing at a slower speed of 35-50mm/s, especially when it comes to the dividers. For added durability and strength, consider using ABS or PETG instead. Enjoy your new tackle box!
