I'm upgrading my Small DIP IC Lead Bender v1.00 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3120457) to support longer chips like the ATMEGA328. It functions exactly as before. Place the chip along the center support and grip the pins with your fingers on either side. A version for wider chips is in development.
