Small Dice Organiser / Rolling Tray - Easy Print and Glue
thingiverse
Remix of the fantastic Dice Tray by JimSaylor95. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2371070 Sliced away unnecessary detail from top and bottom sections to simplify printing. Then, superglue cutouts onto main prints for seamless assembly. Eliminates need for complex supports altogether. Takes considerable time to print, but yields outstanding results on a CR10-S with fine detail settings. The base overlay file is remarkably thin, so consider printing it at high detail for optimal effect. Remove the final product from the print bed with utmost care. EDIT: The Internal Lid remains unchanged - therefore, print this section with supports; it's not overly challenging. Place the honeycomb side down on the bed for best results. If desired, I can slice this layer as well. Added two overhangs to the top lid for added stability. You could simply duplicate one overhang, but I included both for extra security. Edit: Be cautious when using superglue to attach the base cover, as it's extremely thin and may reveal unwanted glue residue underneath. If you opt for a light-colored adhesive, exercise care; darker colors pose no issues. My project was destined for painting, so this wasn't a concern :).
