This is a small diaphragm one-way pump powered by a 4.5V DC motor that can pump air or water at low pressures. It can be printed in under 40 minutes and takes just five minutes to assemble. More projects can be found here: https://juangg-projects.blogspot.ca Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2-0.3 Infill: 15-30% Instructions: 1) 3D printed parts: Print each part once. 2) No 3D printed parts: - Standard flat-sides 1.5-4.5V DC motor - Two 2*8mm wood screws - Latex glove or balloon - 6mm tube connectors (optional) 3) Assembly: Assemble the piston mechanism as shown. Glue some rubber pieces as in the image, one inside and one outside. These will be our one-way valves. Secure a piece of glove between the frame and the cover, then glue it in place. Glue the tube connector and add 6mm T connector parts if desired. You have completed the pump!
