This is a scaled model of a typical Small Coffeeshop with detailed interiors. Originally built with 3ds Max 2015, the units used are in meters. The low-poly mesh allows for effortless additions of further details and geometric editing. All similar objects are Instances, making it simple to modify or replace them at any time. The Shell Modifier has been applied to all glass objects for precision and accuracy. Features: All colors can be easily altered according to your preference. The model is fully textured with all materials already applied. Included in the package are all textures and materials required to replicate this scene perfectly. Available file formats include 3ds Max 2012, FBX, OBJ, and 3ds. Render settings are provided, including a V-ray sun and sky render and vray lights.
