Small clip with a lock
thingiverse
A very lightweight, tiny, and simple clip I designed for my son's kite. Easy to print, just be careful to configure the slicer correctly not to ignore the gap. In Prusa Slicer, the configuration parameter is called `slice_closing_radius`, I've set it to `0.0049` instead of the original `0.049`. The Czech name of the parameter is *Poloměr uzavření mezery v tiskové vrstvě* and you can find it in the *Nastavení tisku* (*Print settings* probably) tab, in the *Pokročilý* (*Advanced*) / *Slicování* (*Slicing*) section. [Elephant foot compensation](https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/elephant-foot-compensation_114487) (*Kompenzace rozplácnutí první vrstvy*) may be needed as well to prevent the lock sticking together.
