Update: Uploaded Fusion 360 file. This compact enclosure is designed specifically for the Hakko T12-DIY temperature-controlled soldering station with an 8-Segment LED display. It accommodates a supplementary round rocker switch and a DC female barrel connector. To power this unit, I'm using an external laptop power adapter (19V, 7A), but since it accepts DC input through the barrel jack, you can also power it from a SLA battery or any other DC source between 12-24 volts. This versatility makes for a flexible setup. The entire enclosure snaps together seamlessly by sliding in the front panel and top lid, requiring no screws for assembly.
