I have extensively researched numerous tutorials on creating a bottle with a twist-top enclosure, with most enthusiasts utilizing Fusion 360 for design purposes. I decided to attempt designing the bottle within DesignSpark Mechanical instead, and it was successful. DSM offers similar functionality as the Coil Tool in Fusion 360; we can use Pull Tool > Revolve > Revolve Helix to achieve the same outcome. We can apply identical parameters (Height and Pitch) to both the cap and body. If you prefer starting from scratch, here are some suggested parameters: Body Outer diameter: 50mm Height: 50mm Thickness: 2mm Cap Outer diameter: 56.4mm Height: 20mm Thickness: 2mm Thread (apply to the outer surface of the body and inner surface of the cap) Section circle diameter: 2mm Length: -15mm Pitch: 8mm
