Small Ball Spinner
pinshape
This is My Version of a Spinner for Small Hands. It Utilizes One 22mm 608 Bearing, Plus Three Half-Inch Bearing Balls. If Printed Correctly, The Balls Can Rotate Freely in the Arms, But Cannot Be Removed - Refer to Instructions for Ball Installation. Polygonal Edges and Rotating Balls Add an Additional Dimension to the Classic Spinner. All That Remains Is to Print the Button/Axle of Your Choice. I Prefer This One: Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2049812 It's What Appears in the Photos. Printer Settings Printer Brand: Deezmaker Printer: Bukobot V2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .15 Infill: 20 Notes: If the Balls Rotate Freely, But Cannot Be Installed/Removed Then the Print Turned Out Right. If the Balls Are Too Tight, or Fall Out, Check Your Tolerances. Post-Printing Installing the Balls I Place the Arms One at a Time into Very Hot Water (Straight from My Keurig) for 10 Seconds, Then Immediately Force the Ball into Place. It Took a Lot of Force. I Put the Part on Top of the Ball and Pressed Down Hard with the Palm of My Hand. Once the Plastic Cooled the Ball Was Impossible to Remove But Rotated Freely.
