This is a compact filter system designed for aquariums with capacities under 20 gallons. Currently, I have completed the main filter body and top section. It's intended to work seamlessly with an external pump, which will be modeled along with media baskets in the near future. Alternatively, feel free to create your own. All ports on this system are threaded to accommodate G1/4 PC liquid cooling fittings. I highly recommend using EK Fluid Gaming Fittings, as they're made of aluminum and safer for aquatic life. The filter body's outer rim features holes sized specifically for M4 heat-set threaded inserts. Additional files have been added for an intake strainer, with the connection point designed to accommodate 16mm OD x 12 ID PETG tubing commonly used in liquid-cooled PC setups. This type of tubing should fit snugly by friction and can be easily bent into the desired shape using standard aquarium fittings or tubing tools.
