This 3D model was initially crafted with Sketchup 8 and subsequently converted to every other 3D format imaginable. Native file format is .skp while 3ds Max scene was rendered using Vray 3.00. A special request came in for Paulwall to model his actual residence, which is where he currently resides, so here it is now. These compact apartments offer a surprisingly cozy living experience despite their relatively small size. This building is a typical structure found within the complex... and yes, the sheer scale of the complex can be breathtaking given the presence of this solitary building labeled as T. A number of buildings also feature repeating letters such as AA or BB, for instance. In terms of apartment layout, a standard building usually contains 4 studio apartments, 4 loft-style apartments, 4 one-bedroom units, and 4 two-bedroom residences. Each unit is equipped with 1 full bathroom and a compact kitchen area. As for water heaters and laundry facilities, these are located within the clubhouse, not in any of the individual residences themselves. I reside in an upper-unit apartment situated at the far end of the complex. Every upper-floor residence boasts vaulted ceilings as well as clerestory windows that provide ample natural light. Meanwhile, only two-bedroom units are fitted with central air conditioning, cleverly concealed within ceiling fixtures. The 3D model has been constructed on multiple layers to facilitate easy navigation and furniture placement. For authenticity's sake, every detail of the building, including any wall thicknesses, has been meticulously recreated. However, I deliberately chose not to disclose the complex name, nor its corresponding city or street location, for reasons related to my own personal safety and the safety of fellow residents.
