This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, and the 3dsmax scene is based on 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. I was asked to create a model of my current house, and here it is. Although these are small apartments, they provide exceptional living accommodations. This particular building is just one example within a much larger complex - the scale of this development becomes clear when you see the extensive network of buildings it encompasses. In addition to the unique identifier for each structure, some buildings bear double letter designations like AA and BB. Each standard apartment configuration comprises four studio units, four loft spaces, four one-bedroom apartments, and four two-bedroom residences, with one full bathroom and a compact kitchen in every unit. Amenities such as water heaters and laundry facilities are found within the clubhouse (though this is not modeled). As for my living arrangement, I reside in a unit at the far end of the complex on the upper floor - an amenity unique to the upper-level units includes vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows. Of these features, only two-bedroom apartments come equipped with central air conditioning located discreetly within the ceiling. To enhance your exploration and furnishing experience, this 3D model is constructed on separate layers. For exacting realism, every aspect of my building - from the walls to other exterior features - was modeled as-is. Despite the detailed accuracy achieved in creating this digital replica, I'm choosing not to disclose the complex's actual location or its corresponding city name for reasons related to safety considerations for both myself and fellow residents. Nevertheless, I've still managed to capture the essence of my home in 3D format, so I hope you can now experience what I have come to appreciate about this place after residing there for quite some time now.
