Small anchor roller ( Ankerwinch )
prusaprinters

I built a small anchor roller for 3D printing for belly boats or small kayaks. It works with an anchor weight of 1.5 kg without any problems. You need the parts that are saved as *.stl. Furthermore, a steel shaft made of stainless steel with 8 mm Ø. two ball bearings made of stainless steel 608ZZ. Some Ruthex thread inserts in M4 M5 and M6. Countersunk screws M5 DIN 7991. An Allen screw M6 x50 and a self-locking nut M6. The original fasting adapter for the adapter plate for fasting. If another adapter is required, e.g. for Scotty, simply construct it yourself. The anchor winch is designed for a rope thickness of 4 mm and can hold around 40 meters. Material Prusament PETG. Assembly: Insert the threaded bushes. Screw the side plates 2 x to the shaft doubler. Slightly grind the steel shaft at the points where it is screwed so that the screws prevent the shaft from twisting. I use an M5 screw with ball head to prevent rotation. Have fun rebuilding.
