I threw this design together after noticing that all pistol stands on Thingiverse either use the magwell, which prevents storing loaded pistols, or are free-standing. This one is specifically designed to work with my girlfriend's 9mm S&W Shield, but it should be compatible with most small 9mm pistols due to the Shield's robust build for its size. Double-sided tape can be used if you want to secure the stand in place without displaying it. I'm planning to create and post a similar stand for the full-size Glock 17.
