Small 40mm fan prop - replacementfor 3d printer
pinshape
I decided to repurpose my broken fan into a printer modification, and it turned out great! The new design is slightly altered, but it's perfectly balanced, with no vibrations or noise at all. To install it, I removed the metal shaft from the broken fan, which fits tightly into the printed propeller - you might need a small hammer to tap it in place. Applying a bit of grease to the shaft is also a good idea. The magnet fits snugly as well, so you can simply press it in without any issues. By the way, I made some updates to the model, which means the finished product will look slightly different from the original picture.
