This revamped boot design, initially created in Sketchup, streamlines material usage and print time while eliminating assembly requirements. It now employs a single pop rivet and economical bathroom silicone caulk to bond the parts. However, note that strain relief at the back is unaddressed; avoid pulling from the cord. The boot accommodates a standard 2.1mm solder mount power jack at a height of 14mm.
